Elemence
The largest city in the valley, at the base of the mountain. After a landslide occurred shortly following the evaporation of the sea, the previous city and its ruins ended up at the base of the new mountain. The citizens and the ruins formed the base of the new capital and quickly made work of it, forming the new city over the old, making the ruins a sprawling maze cut off from the world above. The large Grandeur of the city leaves no trace of the previous, and citizens there don’t talk about the old city, or what it's called now, the Hollow. Sometimes buildings collapse into the maze below, it is quickly covered and a new building is put in its place. The Hollow is a taboo, it's not talked about and anything that goes in is now the Hollow’s, people, buildings, and things, the Hollow takes what it wants.
Demographics
This city is the biggest attraction in the crown and the city is filled full of tourists almost year round.
Infrastructure
The city is built right on top of the ruins of the old city. Much of the city is made to look good and not necessarily to be stable. Cave ins and collapses are common, but they are quickly repaired. The city doesn't actually have a sewer system either, it just runs down into the old city.
