Flicker
Flicker is the Mad Scientist and sidekick to the renowned Butcher. Flicker is very much manic and a bit unhinged, getting lost in his work. He is rumored to be the best Artificer in all of the Crown when he's not having a manic episode that is. He can create almost anything and he pushes the boundaries of what is possible and what's ethical. If it wasn't for the Butcher keeping him somewhat grounded, he would most definitely delve into madness.
Flicker is a small older halfling man. Gray hair is slicked back over his head and goggles of his own design are fixed to his face. He made them hold fluid, so he would no longer have to blink. His clothes are made especially with metal pieces spread out to discharge electricity, as he ofter operates with live power.
