Khazari

Khazari is a small mountain valley nation. Poor country as it has very few resources, citizens ate simply, dining on rice, porridge, yak butter. The landscape of Khazari is bleak and mountainous with granite spired mountains crusted with glaciers.
Was ruled by a monarchy but the power of the knights and governors were crushed in the waves of Tan Chin's armies during the invasion. Tan Chin's armies tainted the lands and skies after his death. The lands now the home of death and the slaves of humans. Lands are haunted by spirits and beasts of the souls controlled in remains of his army. His remaining officers and rumors of a secret Queen who rules Khazari now has spread throughout the lands of Kara-Tur.
It seems unless something changes, Khazari will be the next Thay but it is unsure if the surrounding Kingdoms will let the blight dig deep roots. Locations: Skarou - Capital Alashan Taghla Barkhul Manass Hsiliang Luntse Dzong

Foreign Relations

Khazari is cut off from surrounding Kingdoms after the Battle of Luntse. Noone has been spotted going in or out of Khazari in years since the embargo.
