Will, the Sylvan Seraph

Will

An angel of bark and leaf, Will is a servant of Corellon with centuries of torment in their past. An ageless being of immeasurable grace and serenity, they were until recently trapped inside a labyrinth of Tharizdun, the chained god of madness, and the dread whisperings of that place drove them insane over the course of 200 years.
Freed by a group of adventurers, Will was still fragile when they tried to reassume their duties as protector of the Angelbark Woods (though this is of course, not their name for it). As a result, a group of Timorus - a kind of fear demon - infested their mind with doubts which manifested as a dangerous infestation in the forest until adventurers cleansed it once again.
At this point Corellon actually interceded, taking Will into their care for more appropriate treatment given their weakened state. The Will who returned and now defends the forest from existential threats is stronger than they have been for a long time, and is a kindly and benevolent spirit, perhaps a little more attuned to the fragility of mortals than most angelic beings tend to be.
Will is tall and imposing, as all seraphs are. With rough skin like bark, save for their face with is like stripped wood, smooth and immaculate. Two great green wings spread from their back, looking willow-like, such that when they stand still with their wings wrapped around them, Will becomes almost indistinguishable from a small willow sapling or shrub.
