Artisan Runesmith

Artisan Runesmiths of the Runesmith’s Guild, are either veterans of the guild or have demonstrated great promise with their runsmithing capabilities, they have the honour of purchasing anything within the guilds runestone supply and can even get discounts at times. An Artisan can generally identify most stones and is adept in the art, being able to create rune enhanced items that could sway the odds in an even battle.
