Forhorli Ingotbelt is a respected member of the Runesmith’s Guild and an Artisan Runesmith. He is far better known as "The Businessman Runecrafter" due to the fact that he is more focused on making money through his crafting rather than progressing through the ranks. Ingotbelt does not like the fact that the structure of the guild requires him to spend so much money to advance, in which case he has openly stated that even if his skill is greater than Artisan he will remain where he is.
