Clow is a well known Locathah member of the The Barrel Land Bandits and constantly raids fishing villages on the eastern coast. He has built quite the reputation among his peers and many respect his dedication to pillaging.
For a Locathah, Clow would be considered a man among boys as he stands 5'9", this is significantly taller than the average and many believe he is the peak of fish-like humanoid. He is also well muscled and much stronger than he looks.
