The Whispering Lord (a.k.a. The Whispering Shadow, The Shadow, Eagle)

Stallend is the commander of The Bastard Guild forces and reports directly to Ciyradyl Bridges. He gained his nickname due to his infiltration abilities and his victims only hearing his soft voice before they meet their demise. He also has a pet Hell Crow named Hargrave, it is said the bird was captured and imported from the untouched Maronjan jungles. Many believe he speaks to animals all over the land due to his devout worship of Fenrir.
