Ragel
Ragel is a Maronjan Earth Owl and companion of Iron Wanderer, Mekonnen S'bu. Maronjan Earth Owl's are a endangered species due to the halo which surrounds their head, It is a unique material that can not be obtained anyway other than removing it from the creature. The halo is capable of reinforcing weaponry to the point that the durability improves by almost double, making materials like titanium as valuable as obsidian. Another reason why the owl is so sought after is the unique ability that it's halo produces, allowing the creature to send distorted imagery back to the owner. Such an ability can give rangers and scouts enormous advantages.
