The Emperor Affidavit
The Emperor Affidavit is a religion based around the fictional fable titled A Monument For Her Ashes. It is most prominent in The New Holy Magocracy, where nearly all residents follow the religion.
Its beliefs are largely centred around the idea that the main character of the story was a real being and will return, completing his quest to separate the realm from the unjust treatment of the gods. Those who follow this religion have vowed to assist the emperor once he returns. Much like any religion there are multiple variations. Some believe that Gavius Asina was the true emperor, a main advocate of this theory is Dunish Shtarder. Others believe Duimad Zayne or even Panayiotis Makrou himself was the emperor. Individuals such as Paji Lynx are fanatics and follow a particular theory known as the Severance Hypothesis.
