Baron of Risevar
Rules over Risevar and the surrounding countryside.
Appointment
A Baron, Duke or King may grant ownership of a piece of land within Banteave.
Duties
The Count is required to pay appropriate taxes to the Baron, and to provide levied soldiers in times of need.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The Baron, Duke or King can revoke the title, though to do so without cause is greatly frowned upon and flies in the face of the laws of the land.
