Personal history
Kris Kringle is an ancient fairy that is dedicated to delivering toys to children during the Yuletide Festival every year. He created the Frost gnomes and a town for them.
What many people don’t know about the jolly old Archfey is that he was once a member of the Unseelie Court named Jack Frost. He turned his back on Queen Mab and ran away. The balance between the courts was upset, so Krampus was forced to become an Unseelie fey and take his place. They have had a rivalry ever since.
In 855, Krampus kidnapped Kris Kringle and performed the ritual to switch them back. For a short time, Kris Kringle became Jack Frost again. But the Unnamed Ragtag Band of Adventurers restrained Jack Frost and reversed the ritual, returning Kris Kringle to the North Pole in time for Yule.

Kris Kringle was once married to a human woman, and they had a son together. His wife and son have passed, but his granddaughter, Noelle Kringle, lives with him at the North Pole and helps him around his shop.
