Structure

The slug people have 7 cartels whose leaders form a Council Of Rulers that run the country. Different regions are barely separated in actual border systems, and the cartels only ever protect their main cities.

Public Agenda

The country of Yoon Suin is not a particularly outgoing country. The only agenda of it's council of rulers is to indulge themselves in vices.

Assets

Yoon Suin is very rich in mineral resources, but due to the cartels being over indulgent in their love for tea, knowledge and opium very little else is focused on.

History

The pandafolk walked the lands that would later become Yoon Suin, and befriended the humans that had come from across the desert. Together they founded a country with a long forgotten name. During the early Mizu Jidai the slug people game from the sea. A long war lasting from 50 - 140 a great war raged that wiped out most of the pandafolk. Known as the Panda-Slug war. Due to the humans siding with their friends the pandafolk during the war, the slug people took away most of their rights. The surviving pandafolk made a pact with the slug-people known as the Panda Carta, which essentially took away their right to bear arms of have large settlements. The slug people split into 7 cartels to reign over different regions of Yoon Suin, and do so to this day. More recently a pandafolk uprising near Xióngmāo Tuni inspired a young human from The Yellow City to start a true rebellion. This young man, known as Hong Ma is currently leading the Hong Ma Legion in attempt to coup the country out from under the slug cartels. This fracas is known as the Ma Uprising.

Military

Small military bands are divided between the cartels, but this barely counts as an army. The deadliness of their military comes from use of crab people.

Foreign Relations

Yoon Suin has minimal relations with foreign countries. A minimal amount of traders are allowed in The Yellow City, and no care is given to where they come from.
