Personal history
Raised in a very poor family with 5 siblings Naviir being the oldest cared for his siblings while his parents were away working to put food in the table. He was well liked in his community and he was considered very caring and charismatic. He would often take responsibility for the shenanigans his younger siblings would do. Around the age of 18 a senator visited his town and met Naviir the senator amazed my his charismatic aura that he asked what he wanted to do in the future. Naviir was unsure he just wanted to take care of his family. The senator then offered him an opportunity to attend his college to become a senator because he believes that if he succeeds it will be good for Sivia to have a representative for the people knowing hes is one of them. Naviir excelled in school and later became a senator in the of 25. Then in ten years became the head chancellor for the senate.
