Jorah
The only resident of Tortuga that has been on the island longer than Mayor Detland Wilks himself. They have a lot of mutual respect for each other, but often butt heads on what is best for the island and its people. His words hold a lot of sway with the islanders and so Detland tries to keep things on an even middle ground between their opinions. Jorah currently lives on the island with his husband and serves as the island's crane operator.
