Noelle

Noelle was a member of the Bard's College in Liberus and while an objective judge might say she was the best bard there, the prejudice against Salamanders kept her from receiving recognition from her contemporaries. She resolved that if raw magical talent would not get her recognized, perhaps magical aptitude would. 
Her skills as a magical bard were instrumental in foiling a terrorist attack in the Liberus square and getting the attention of Thaler to become one of his Enforcers. A position she was more than happy to take when it meant sticking it to the notably racist Caeladonians. 
After their missions were over, she spent the rest of her life writing and performing songs across the world to spread her message of acceptance.
