Sahuagin

Also called Drowners, these dangerous sea creatures band together in schools to catch and destroy ships when the vessels are trapped by stormy seas. Seeming to ignore or perhaps not notice the depletion of their ranks, they will fight mindlessly to the end in hopes of eating the crew on board. They are weak to fire, both normal and magical, but this rarely comes up considering they live in water and attack only in the rain. Some strains may infest rivers or sewers of large cities, but the lack of open water tends to make them weaker.
