Skyblind Spire
History
The tower was built long ago as a simple watchtower on the lakeside. It wasn't until a few hundred years ago that Ezer turned himself into a lich there. During his time directing the Azure Flame, he made several powerful enchantments on it, making all people in the tower blind to the color blue (allowing him to hide things and azure flame members able to sneak around easily in their blue cloaks). Knowing the power of Serimet to the south, he also worked on binding the Stasis Spirit, Blind to the top of the tower. This was also where he bound his phylactery, accessible only if the ritual of lights was completed by moving through the tower in a specific way.
The Terrasque Slayers entered the tower to hunt down Ezer as Whis Luxord was told about his power that he held there at the tower during her time as his underling. They managed to fight the creatures that had taken residence in Ezer's absence. They fought both Ezer and Blind at the top of the tower, enchanted to be beneath the lake, killing the reformed Lich and freeing the spirit.
