The Original Feycourt
All of the following information applies to the Original Fey Court before they were replaced with Serenade Littlefoot, Brio Littlefoot, Bolero Littlefoot, and Escher. The fey court are the only organized powerful body in the Feywild. There's villages and smaller groups but they don't tolerate any large scale government.
They are known to be disinterested in mortal affairs. They're Elven at least superficially, though they got their power from the ancient primordial magics they discovered and helped shape the The Feywild with. They are very magically gifted, well beyond even the strongest mortal mages. Some people think they are some of the first ancient elves to have ever entered the Feywild at all.
They have been around for a very long time and seem bored as there isn't much they haven't seen or heard. Deals with them generally involve a far better reward for them than the other party
Lady Catalene: The Lady of the Lake, Mistress of Summer, Queen of Fire
The most unpredictable of the bunch. She has occasionally sent people into servitude on a whim just as often she has occasionally given favors for free simply because she decided to. She has been known to bestow power on mortals of Terra simply to see what they would do. Some warlocks have made pacts with her for her power.
Lady Morgana : The North Wind, Mistress of Winter, Queen of Ice
The ice queen in name and nature. Her cold disposition see her as the least kind and forgiving of the group. She is the most reclusive of the group but also seems to be the one who is left to decide the most serious matters. The first among equals. She married Lambert Wilks and adopted the litter of Iler Littlefoot and Magpie.
Lady Silvian: The Tana, Mistress of Spring, Queen of Earth
The subject of most Druidic worship, whether they know it or not. She takes the most personal interest in the mortal realm out of the court. She sees beauty in all nature and supports all those who would see it grow
Lady Ganieda: Mother Gaia, Mistress of Autumn, Queen of Air
She has made deals with paladins of the mortal realm for worship in exchange for magical power. The most vain of the court, she expects the utmost respect and views mortals as resources and playthings.
History
The Feycourt and their brother Escher, during the The Ancient War of Elves and Dragons created The Feywild. Originally an area outside space that was pushed into for possible military tactical advantages, the siblings discovered the ability to touch a strange source beyond the world. With the power from that source, the Feywild was formed with the Feycourt as its leaders. When they reached that power, they requested Escher to stay behind in case that power overtook them, and to watch and keep tabs on them to ensure they did not overstep their boundaries as leaders.
That strange source of power was sealed off with several rituals using the Court's new powers into a pocket of the Feywilds. Eventually, through the erasing effects of Ephemera, the Feycourt forgot the source of their power. Only when a warlord by the name of Strahd von Zarovich accidentally broke his way through the barrier, did some of the powers break enough for Escher to investigate.
When the barrier to Barovia broke down upon Strahd and his connection to the Deep's destruction, the Feycourt arrived to reseal the barrier before too much Ephemera could leak into the rest of the world.
