The Armannis Estate is the primary residence of Caisimir Armannis, the Lord of Meidal. Located at the highest point in the city, the looming structure contains hundreds of rooms, most of which are unused and abondoned. Lord Armannis uses the majority of the second floor as his primary living space, the ground floor as a space for meetings and political ventures, and the basement level for storage and other purposes. None of the citizens of Meidal dare to enter or even approach the estate unless specifically summoned by Lord Armannis - an occurance which is incredibly rare, and generally will spell disaster for the summoned individual. It is rare that Lord Armannis leaves this estate. He is an incredibly private individual, and when he does leave this home, it either to travel to one of his other estates (located in Orandia, Tallis, Taismir, and Orella), to make a political trip to Ralas, or when something within one of his controlled territories demands his immediate attention. Lord Armannis travels almost exclusively through teleportation, and his communication with other administrative bodies of Reuni is almost always through telepathy or by a proxy. It is rumoured that Lord Armannis' assassins live on the premises, though seeing as there is no proof that these assassins even exist, these claims have very little substance, and are merely the speculation of Meidallan citizens.
