The Aisri are similar to the more well-known witches from most fantasy worlds. They manipulate energy through rituals, incantations, and brews. Compared to their magic, they are a new race. The Aisels believe that magic is not a choice; instead, it is a gift. They draw magic and power from within. Their power is ancient and believed to have a mind of its own.

Aisri can strengthen their energy by siphoning from others. They are stronger together, often able to perform extraordinary feats by pooling energy into ‘siphonic reservoirs.’ These reservoirs are created and accessible by only specific groups of aisri known as orders.
