Half Human

Humans have the unique ability to bare children with certain other races, most commonly Orcs, Elves and occasionally dwarves. Each half-human bares characteristics similar to their parent races.   Half-humans are not infertile and can successfully reproduce, but the results can be unexpected. Two half-humans that reproduce will always produce a full-blooded human rather than a similar half-human. For example, two half-elves will always produce a full blooded human child. Half-humans that have children with other races that are not the same parent race, such as a half-orc and an elf, will have a very low chance of bringing a child to bare, but when it happens it will always have half the non-human traits of one of the parents. Half-humans that breed with full-blooded humans will always produce a full-blooded human and will retain none of the characteristics of the other race. And lastly, when a half-human breeds with a full-blooded race that they share a type with, such as a half-elf and and elf, it will always produce a half-human. The blood of the individual does not seem to diminish, there are no quarter humans.

Half-Dwarf Stats and Abilities

Be they the children of migrant humans seeking refuge in dwarven kingdoms, or of dwarven merchants who struck rich in the wide open world, half-dwarves come from proud and ambitious races on both sides. Some say that dwarven blood tempers human impatience, while others say that human heritage allows them to be more flexible than the stone. Some half-dwarves live in human settlements, set apart by their emotional and physical differences, watching friends and loved one's age while life marches ever onward for them. Others live with dwarves, restless and chafing against the strict rules of dwarven society while being treated like children by their elders. Though half-dwarves crave stability and community, they can often only find it by making a name for themselves as adventurers, wandering and finding their true families amongst other misfits and outcasts. In comparison to the other half-human races, half dwarves are fairly uncommon. While it is fairly common for dwarves and humans to mate, even couples can go their entire lives without conception.   To humans, half-dwarves look like tall dwarves, and to dwarves, they look like short humans. They typically sit in the middle range of heights between their parents, although they're a little bulkier than the average human. Half-dwarves share their dwarven parent's hairiness, though some choose to shave extensively to mask their dwarven ancestry.
