The Boiled Cat Inn
The only inn that accepts non-orcs inside Storms Call, this questionable establishment has rooms and "food" for sale. Ran by Mord and Hildug, this inn caters to all who are willing to pay. They even serve food?

As you request this you see the fat innkeeper run over to his pot where some sort of tentacle is tring to slither its way out and he whaps it and shoves it back in

Everbody makes Athletics or Intimidation check to fight for the remaining pebbles - The Highest gets a point
You can dispute this by punching them, but this is likely to cause a fight Whoever has the most points wins. If their is a tie the game continues... If there is a tie, the people with the most pebbles make another check to fight for pebbles. This can be Athletics or Intimidation. Continue until there is no tie. The game continues until noone is left or everybody drops out
Make a Dex Check DC5 until you fail. Not playing after someone else does usually results in getting punched

Battle Strike
An orc drinking game where each person brings 3 pebbles to the table. A circle is drawn on the table using chalk or somebodies blood. The pebbles are placed on the table in the circle and the orcs begin to sing battle songs and banging on the table. As soon as a pebble leaves the circle everybody grabs the pebbles. Everyone but the one with the most pebbles drinks. This is a favorite game of the orcs as it gets them drunk quickly and starts fights. The orc chugs his drink, then takes out a knife. He slams his hand on the table and begins jabbing between his fingers one by one. His fingers have numerous scars on them.
