The Sapphire Isle

Located approximately 60 miles off the northern coast of Lake Valrua. The isle is universally known as off limits to those accustomed to fishing the waters, and most refuse to get within 20 miles of its shores. Surrounding the isle are unnatural ice flows, and those approaching are quickly overcome by the cold.
The island gets its name from the beautiful blue ice that dots its landscape. To the center a ring of permanent fog clouds the landscape. Inside lies a Nexus of pure cold, and a permanent portal to the Frostfell.
