Entering the Magistrate's Manor, you immediately find the scribe of the place. He is sitting at a small desk, which looks a little odd considering the size of him; he has a rather large build. His brown hair is thinning in a few places, but he doesn't appear to be that old. He notices the sound of the door closing behind you and immediately turns to look at you and your group. He smiles warmly and half-talks, half-shouts down the hallway, "Welcome! Do you folk have an appointment with the local Magistrate?"
