King Nanteleod is King of Escavalon. He attended the twin wedding of Margawse and Elaine in Tintagel.
In 506 Nanteleod helped defend Salisbury from Saxon invasion.
It began to look like he would be elected the new High King of Britain. Unfortunately, he was killed by the Saxon prince Cynric in battle in 508.
