Sir Ralf is a household knight of Duke Gorlois and was with Sir Brithael when Sir Bradwen, Sir Gaius, and Sir Monroe met him in Cornwall and also fought with them in France. He was thrown from his horse during the battle and rescued by Sir Monroe and Sir Bradwen. He had two arm-wrestling matches with Sir Monroe and won in both. Ralf also seemed to be very interested in women.
