Military action
The knights travel to Tintagel. During their journey, they are ambushed by the Saxon Saexwulf and meet Sir Brithael, Sir Jordan, and Sir Ralf.
On the way to their envoy to Duke Gorlois at Tintagel, our knights were most foully ambushed by the Saxon Aetheling Saexwulf in alliance with Irish Raiders. Saexwulf revealed to them that he sought revenge upon them for the ruination of his plans with the Lady Siefe. Saexwulf was a mighty foe and brought with him two mighty Saxon heorthgeneats and a mighty force of Irish kerns, yet he was no match for the strength of arms of Sir Bradwen, Sir Gaius, and Sir Monroe, who mightily threw down their foes. Alas, Saexwulf himself escaped by the intervention of his shield bearer Manasan. Upon the departure of Saexwulf, three knights of Cornwall arrived, having espied the skirmish from Tintagel. The names of these knights were Sir Brithael, Sir Jordan, and Sir Ralf, and they commended our knights on their victory. However, Sir Monroe, in a fit of rage, slew two disarmed kerns who had surrendered, and Sir Bradwen and Monroe nearly came to blows at this breach of honor and justice.
