Almanfaa

The City-State of Almanfaa rules a small portion of the island of Dzarbah, and claims to be the only legitimate government of both Dzarbah and Saba. It was founded by the Naga who had ruled Dzarbah as a part of the Nagarajya, before the Malika of Saba overthrew King Wainaba. In the aftermath of the fall of Saba, the native Tigzirin people of Dzarbah were able to overthrow the Naga occupation of the island. The survivors founded the city-state of Almanfaa and negotiated a peace with the newly formed Tigzirt government.
