Celestina
Celestina was the Clarati sorceress who ruled the island of Oileán Fiáin before the Age of Warlocks. Her experiments using The Egregoric Force caused the Fae to split away from the Ellyll, and she also is responsible for connecting The Dolphin Islands to the world permanently. She ruled the island as a sort of Faerie Queen, using the crown as part of her experiments in manipulating public belief and directing the egregoric force.
