Nafanua mui Lemolele
(a.k.a. Nafanua mui Falehou)
A famous explorer from Mu'o'a history, Nafanua mui Lemolele was among the first to be hatched upon the island of Motu. According to Mu'o'a tradition, Nafanua was the first of the Mu'o'a to circumnavigate Motu, the first to see (and name) Atu Motu, and the first to meet the Tāngata. They also discovered the great waterfall Afu Lele, and later founded the community of Lemolele there, where they lived out their days and became the Fua'aku of the region. Before the founding of Lemelole, Nafuana was known as Nafanua mui Falehou, but changed their name in recognition of their new home.
In addition to being an explorer, Nafuana was a shaman and an avatar of Levi'aku.
