Human
Of all the mortal races, humans are the youngest, but by far one of the most numerous. Humans have spread far and wide in the mortal kingdoms, resulting in different cultures and ethnicities slowly coming into existence.
Humans are the most adaptable and ambitious people among the common races. They have widely varying tastes, morals, and customs in the many different lands where they have settled. When they settle, though, they stay: they build cities to last for the ages, and great kingdoms that can persist for long centuries. An individual human might have a relatively short life span, but a human nation or culture preserves traditions with origins far beyond the reach of any single human's memory.
They are known to breed relatively fast in comparison to the other mortal races, and to be constantly expanding. This often leads to their downfall however, as they constantly vie for supremacy over living space, and resources which they fill and consume at a comparatively alarming rate.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Just as readily as they mix with each other, humans mingle with members of other races. They are capable of getting along with almost everyone, though they might not be close to many.
Humans have been responsible for some great deeds in the world, but also terrible ones. Most of the other mortal races acknowledge that humans have very little sense of racial pride (With the exception of the Armeni living in the more dogmatic parts of the Junii Empire), and will readily stab each other in the back just as much as any other civilisation. Due to this, and their extremely expansionist nature, they are often treated with caution at first by the other more centralised races.
