Details: An exarch of Tiamat, he brought the Seed of Winter to Nefelus. His goal are to establish his own domain with subjects to dominate, and to serve his mistress Tiamat.
Appearance: Gigantic white two-headed dragon with black eyes.
Mannerisms: A vicious brutal mind, he revels in the suffering of others.
Deceased. Killed by the Heroes of Brindol.
