Delli is the owner of the Bone Orchard tavern and casino in Nanoen. She is friendly and helpful to strangers, so long as they spend more than they win.
Since the Bone Orchard is within the Boneyard district, Delli works hard to ensure that the Committee gets their cut so she doesn't have any trouble.

Meteor

After a meteor fell through the roof of the Bone Orchard, something happened to Delli and many of her co-workers and patrons. They were magically stitched together in some kind of monsterous abberation.
