Harfoot Crimelore (a.k.a. Ghostlord)
Harfoot Crimelore
Harfoot Crimelore was once a member of the
Diamond League adventuring party. He was known for wielding dual weapons, longsword and shortsword, named Hack and Slash.
Becoming Ghostlord
After a relationship with
Esme Brightwater he searched for a ritual of undeath and eventually became the Ghostlord.
The Ghostlord is a powerful lich created with arcane and dryad magic. His phylactery is the
Seed of Spring which is planted in a tree in the middle of the Elsir Vale.
The
Heroes of Brindol, with the help of the
Black Stars, killed the Ghostlord, not knowing that his phylactery was the
Seed of Spring. Upon his regeneration, a pulse of necrotic energy emanated from the tree, raising Ghostlord (as well as nearby fauna and elves) from the dead.
