Tasked with exploring the demesne and cataloging Her Majesty's natural resources and settlements for the purposes of enforcing Her Will and establishing taxation via Imperial Revenue Codes.
The ISC does not audit the books of Ledgers, but they receive reports from the Coalition of Progress.
