Lishla Voltaire | Dragonborn

Lishla Voltaire was a dragonborn of the Arkosian empire during war with Bel Turath. Lisha was barren and wanted children very badly, but was afraid that the stress of the war would always prevent her from bearing eggs.
She left her family and fled to the Altaran Peninsula, guided by the visions of a motherly figure named Thakisis that visited Lishla in her dreams. In Isla Oja, a river island city-state, Takhisis told her to marry Ulgrod, a tiefling who served the Society of the Blue Rose mage guild. Ulgrod was similarly guided by his patron, Alloces of Nesus.
Together, the star-crossed lovers followed the commands given to them. Ulgrod procured 5 clutches of metallic dragon eggs. Lishla built a roost for them under Isla Oja and founded a coven of dragonborn and tiefling servants to nurture them.
Under the guidance of Takhisis and Alloces, the dragon eggs were corrupted through dark rituals. A new races was created.
Draconians.
The cult was discovered by Argosaquas, the greater water elemental that was bound to Isla Oja's river. He demanded that the cult be destroyed. The city leaders hesitantly did so, sealing the group in their underground tunnels, turning it into a crypt.
The dead did not rest, however. When a fire on the surface revealed the enterance of the crypt, a young wizard opened the seal. Argosaquas tasted the scent of the undead and ravaged the city walls, willing to destroy everyone on the island to wipe out the taint of the draconian hatchery.
