The CryoVerse
The CryoVerse is one of the primary Verses in the known Multiverse and is depicted as being in the middle-left corner of the Celestial Pentagon. As the home to Ice magic, the CryoVerse has become a vast frozen desert filled with towering mountains and snowy dunes. With its nearly overwhelming chill and rough-and-tumble population, one can easily comprehend how the CryoVerse is the birthplace of adventure.
Geography
Most of the CryoVerse is covered in a thick sheet of ice, often requiring specific shoes to traverse properly. its seas are often dotted with icebergs and glaciers travel all around the Verse with alarming speed. As for its land, most of it is mountainous with foothills filled with powder snow.
Localized Phenomena
The Aurora is a phenomenon that can be seen only at nighttime during the first night of Avalanche where the sky lights up with colorful, miles-long strings of ethereal light. As the Aurora occurs, all Ice-based magic is magnified tenfold, allowing for an incredible show of celebration as well as some generally amazing displays of CryoMancy.
Fauna & Flora
Most flora in the CryoVerse have evolved to survive for days with little to no light, while the fauna have evolved to survive for weeks with little to no food. Meanwhile, monsters roam the icy wastelands looking for their next meal.
Natural Resources
The CryoVerse has no shortage of ice and cold water, so these things, as well as some fish, are typically exported to communities in need, most often in the NecroVerse and PyroVerse.
History
After the Great Separation, the denizens of the CryoVerse banded together in large groups to fend off the dangers of their newly found world in order to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. These people often traveled around, dealing with local monsters and nuisances, then moving on to the next settlement. In time, those people became known as adventurers.
Tourism
People do not visit the CryoVerse often, but when they do, it is typically to see the Aurora and witness some acts of magnified CryoMancy.
