The Party Departs for Valence, Looking for Morose

The party goes to Valence in search for Morgan Fowler, a professor Diokles believes could help with the tear. They also agree to deliver a package for Penny in exchange for horses.

After speaking with Diokles about Void, he mentions that he worked with a professor nearly 20 years ago named Morgan Fowler. Diokles believes that Professor Fowler would be able to help with the tear but nobody has seen him since he left his temporary research position with the Lumidae Circle.   Fowler once mentioned being from Cenel, a kingdom which was annexed by Valence 250 years ago. The party leaves to Valence in hopes of finding information about him there.   Penny agrees to give the party horses if they deliver a package for Maxence Beauchamp for her.
