Taramen
A frontier town, far from the bustle of Telisia or Somassa. A common homebase for explorers of the Wild Northwest and the Western Divide. Recently released prisoners or people in general not welcome in Telisia are taken here by boat, left to fend for themselves. There is little in the way of established law and order. The area is run by whoever is strongest at the moment, recently arrived criminals and thieves taking the easy way out and joining the local gangs that have established their own hideouts in the surrounding area. There is an officially chosen leader of the town, but the office holds very little actual power.
