Personal history
Background: Born in the pack to Sókn, Ymir I's warrior. Rekja has been battling to take on that role since her birth. Born a runt, she was at a great disadvantage compared to her older sisters, but she proved her tenacity and worth several times over. Her two older sisters eventually forfeited the chance to inherit the role.
Personality: Rekja, is very much the resident downer of the pack. She holds an extremely pessimistic view of the world but does nothing to change it. For any silver lining someone can find, Rekja is there to provide the exact opposite.
3/5/21: With the death of Brimir, Rekja's outlook on life was turning even more pessimistic. She knew with Brimir's death, Ymir I's was soon to follow and after that, her own mother, Sókn. Rekja knew her mother would challenge her to a Holmgang before her time was ended by sickness or hunting injury. She would die fighting so that she would receive her own special den in Valhalla and as her mother's heir it would of course be her. A new spring was on its way, and with a new Alpha.
5/13/21: After several litters of puppies, Rekja is finally successful in producing an heir. The girl is stronger and better looking than her littermates and so Reekja doesn't even bother feeding the three other pups. They begin to fade and die away, but Rekja couldn't care less. Out of the 18 pups, she had created only this one was worth anything.
Rekja begins intense training with her immediately in preparation for her to take over her warrior role. Unfortunately for them, Ymir II had not given birth to an heir yet and so the two could not bond as well as Rekja had hoped for.
