Background: Kæmpe is Ymir I's last born daughter and her heir.

3/5/2021: With the death of her aunt, Brimir, Kæmpe's mother, Ymir I, begins to become unhinged. Kæmpe finds her talking to no one on multiple occasions, disappearing in the middle of the night, rambling on about the Lunar world in which Brimir died. The pack has learned to avoid Ymir I unless they want a savage lashing.
With her aunt's trip to Valhalla and her mother becoming unhinged and soon-to-follow, Kæmpe has taken the reigns of the pack in all but name. She had been practicing her mother's role as a scout since the age of 1 year and so she knew most of the surrounding lands already but patroling and exploring as an alpha would be taking it to a different level. No longer would she be able to back down from a fight. She would also have to keep their previous territories clear of new wolves looking to move in. There was also the matter of finding a new beta and warrior to serve her. Right now was not the time to speak of such things
3/6/2021: Kæmpe dreads the upcoming months as she knows what is to come. Her mother, Ymir will not step down willingly and so Kæmpe will have to challenge her for the title of Alpha of the Yggdrasil. But before she can do that, she must make her selection for her beta and warrior. Wanting to stick to the trusted and proven bloodlines. Her beta would be Sæla Sif and her warrior would be Rekja Sókn. The trio has not spoken of their new roles directly but has a mutual understanding and agreement between them.
3/11/21: Kæmpe decides to create a special role for Ríkr Brimir as she was the last born daughter of Brimir and technically should be her future beta for when she becomes alpha, but she was too young and the age difference would be even more important in the future when close to her end. Alphas can be without betas, it was not recommended, but manageable. However, betas cannot be without an alpha. Childish rumors had it that betas without alphas were susceptible to demon possessions, but that was ridiculous and a story to tell cubs. The real reason was so that the beta wouldn't begin to think of themselves as the new alpha and try to thwart the previous alpha's lineage.
The special role was that of an emissary. Unlike her mother before her, Kæmpe wanted good relations between her and neighboring packs. She doesn't want to conquer but create a coalition of packs instead. Her mother has no idea of her future plans, and if she ever found out she would be immediately disowned.

Kæmpe accepts the curse and changes her name to Ymir II in honor of her mother
With her mother's blood Kæmpe paints upon herself the symbol of the curse
The Wisdom of Hekate transfers to her, but the Gaze of the abyss is lost
3/19/21: Ymir II discovers the Lunar Dreamworld. Unfortunately, her scouts have not discovered the tundra or glacier areas in order for her to meet a Lunar Polar Bear.
3/29/21: Ymir II moves the pack to the Grasslands, not quite bold enough to move somewhere more difficult yet.
4/16/21: Ymir II moves the pack to the Mountains. She begins gathering sights around the mountains.
5/9/21: Ymir II moves the pack to the Coniferous Forest, now more confident in her pack's abilities. She quickly learns her pack is not as capable as she thought they were, yet she refuses to move to an easier location.
