Champions Medallion
This gold medallion bears the bind rune of victory upon it to signify the circumstances which one inherits a medallion. Very few tribe members claim rights to a Champions Medallion from The Oskopinir. Even fewer from the Holmgang trials. The medallion is made of pure gold, and serves as a symbol of trust and status among all the Aesir tribes. Strangers are generally given much more respect when they enter town bearing one of these medallions.
Perks
The Remnant Aesir as a whole hold you in high regard when they see you wear this medallion. This favor can work to your advantage, but also tends to attract the wrong kind of attention as well. When wearing this medallion, you have advantage on attempts to persuade, deceive, or intimidate any Remnant Aesir who does not also possess a medallion. Some shops and services throughout Asgard will give discounts to those bearing a medallion. When wearing this item, you also have a higher chance of attracting thieves. Whenever you wear the medallion openly, the GM makes a destiny roll in secret. On a 1, you will soon encounter thieves, pickpockets, thugs, and other undesirables, that wish to rob you. Every successive day that you wear the medallion, the odds that you attract thieves increases by 1 on the D20. (For example: Day 2 - bad outcome on a 1 or a 2. Day 3 - bad outcome on a 1, 2, or 3.)
