Horn of Blud Meade
This drinking horn conatins an enzyme in it's walls that feeds on water, and converts it into alcohol. Specifically, these enzymes convert it into Blud Meade. it is recorded as some fo the most potent alcohol in all of Heimar. Blud Meade, unlike most alcohol, grants heightened adrenaline and strength. However it does still have the normal effects of alcohol such as reduced awareness, blurry vision, numbness to pain, and limited cognitive function. It was often used by the Old Aesir as a stimulant before battle.
The horn contains 4 doses before needing to be refilled. Water takes the course of one day to be converted into Blud Meade by the enzymes. When you drink from the horn, remove a dose and gain a drunk counter. Apply the effects of your drunkeness level on top of those below it as well. Remove 1 drunk counter after a short rest, and all drunk counters after a long rest.
1) +1 to combat rolls | -1 to all reflex based skills.
2) +1 to combat rolls | -1 to all intelligence based skills.
3) +1 to combat rolls | -3 to all non combat skill checks.
4) +1 to combat | Immunity to penalties from injuries -3 and lower | You fall unconcious after the next action you take.
