He has a very classist attitude, and purposely runs his business in a manner to attract high paying luxury customers, and ostricize the lower classes. He is very well connected to the upper members of society, particularly merchants. Jakobir is particularly skilled in blackmail and has a vast collection of gossip and incriminating information on people from all walks of life.
