The Holy See's Sheild

Purpose: The Militant body of the Holy See. They enact the will of their respective gods as long as it remains inside the Doctrine of the Holy See.
Influence: As the largest and most organized body of Clerics, Paladins, and other Holy fighters. Crusades are called through the Shield to put down any cults are sects that break the Doctrine. After the Solar Blockade was formed and cut off the Western chapters, The Fromata Sheild chapter became the insert for the Holy See, taking over the other duties along with the doctrine enforcers.
Leadership: At the Top, you Have the Archon Speaker (a cleric) along with the Archon guardian (a paladin). The Speaker communes with The Archon and the Aeldar council house has their ranks and leaders but all must have a house rep named after the house in which they Govern (for example High Seer, The Witness, The Misguided, and The Mad). These representatives are ordained by the Lords of their house through their Avatars. The representative must abdicate their Avatar position if they hold one but can still worship their Lord
Membership: Worship one of the Lords and then prove yourself in the trial of the Archon.
Rituals and Symbols: The trial of the Archon is a pocket dimension that forms itself to challenge its inhabitants. Those who survive the trail in a way fitting of their house are sent to worship taking whatever oaths that are required by them. After some time serving their house then they could be given magical abilities by their lord to enact their will.
Titles and Recognition: The Archon Speaker and the Archon Guardian are the most respected ranks within the shield and lead its affairs. The council of the Houses rank below the speaker and guardian to aid and advise them of the mortal affairs. Under the Council of Houses the ranks vary based on the lords
