Neo-Spiritualism
What is the most important step that one can take? The next step. Always the next step.Neo-Spiritualism is a religious and philosophical movement that arose in the mid 23rd Century, and grew to prominence throughout much of human space during the 25th Century. It largely built off of the spiritualist movements of the 19th and 20th Centuries, and various philosophers and authors of the 21st and 22nd Centuries, as well as some elements of Buddhism. It is not and organised movement, and thus specific beliefs vary widely, but common themes include a pantheistic veneration of the universe itself, and a belief in positive and negative "energies" that alter the emotions and fortunes of individuals. Most Neo-Spiritualists do not believe in an afterlife, but some believe in reincarnation.
