Sol
The Solar System is the birthplace of humanity, and capital system of The United Leagues of Earth. Its star, Sol (sometimes called the Sun), is a class G2V star, around which orbit 8 planets. 2 of the planets, Earth and Mars, are entirely habitable by humans. In addition to these, there are substantial populations on Mercury and Venus, as well as many of Jupiter's and Saturn's moons. The Asteroid Belt is home to many humans as well, particularly on Ceres.
