Phandalin

Phandalin is an outpost mining town east of the High Road and the coastline of the Sword Sea. Located off the Triboar Trail south of the Neverwinter woods, it lies west of Conyberry and the Old Owl Well as well as the town of Triboar further to the east. Once a thriving mining area, the town was besieged and overrun a century earlier. It is now being rebuilt by honest folk who are seeking a simple life outside of the crowded cities of Waterdeep, Leilon, Neverwinter, and Baldur's Gate. An honest living can be made seeking minerals and precious stones in the rich foothills of the surrounding area. It's home to just over three hundred permanent residents who above all seek peace and quiet from the outside world.
