Pacts

A nigh-unbreakable pact binds a warlock to its eldritch patron. In exchange for loyalty, obedience, and toil in advancing its cause, such patrons grant power beyond that of mean mortals. Patrons and their pact details are described hereafter.
Pact Type: A pact type is a set of core powers Eldritch Patrons of similar backgrounds grant. Though eldritch patrons vary widely, powers granted by similar pact types are usually identical.
Eldritch Blast Damage Type: Your Eldritch Blast cantrip deals these types of damage.
Eldritch Blast Effect: Your eldritch blast cantrip gains this additional effect when it hits a target.
Pact Power: You can invoke this effect as part of your turn by spending a hero's surge.
Gifted Language: Your pact bestows upon you this language
Shared Knowledge: If you selected Shared Knowledge with your Eldritch Knowledge feature, you gain this skill, as well as a subject in which your attempts in it have Reliability.
Trained in Blood: If you selected Trained in Blood with your Eldritch Knowledge feature, you become Trained in this weapon group.
Spheres of Influence: Your eldritch patron offers knowledge of arcane schools and possibly divine domains. Your Spellcasting feature allows you to learn the rituals from one of these schools or domains.
Pact Magicks: At level 2, your pact grants you the ability to invoke the powers of your patron. You can call upon each pact spell once per day, provided you meet the requisite level. Unless otherwise specified, you invoke these arcane magics as an action requiring verbal and somatic components.
ELDRITCH PATRONS
Warlock pacts are offered by entities who, while not possessing the divine prowess of a deity, are extraordinarily potent in their own right. Often rogue powers existing outside the dominion of the greater deities in the world and planes, acting nefariously or guided by morals beyond mortal understanding, eldritch patrons seek to advance their desires through mortal followers.
Making a pact with a pact-giver grants you your warlock powers.

Eldritch Patrons

Malebrek
MALEBREK
A devil prince gone rogue, Malebrek serves no power but his own. He hopes to grow his worshipers by cultivating mighty followers. He is identified by and brands those loyal to him with his symbol: three coins touching at the edges.
Pact Type: Infernal
Eldritch Blast Damage Type: Fire and Divine
Eldritch Blast Effect: Push an ally adjacent to the target 5' or deal bonus damage equal to the damage you have taken since your previous turn or when you last used this effect (whichever is less).
Pact Power: Cloak of Flames: You gain Temporary Hit Points equal to ¼ of your maximum and ignite in dark flames, returning damage you take as fire and divine until the end of your next turn.
Gifted Language: Abyssal
Shared Knowledge: Religion, Reliability on attempts related to devils.
Trained in Blood: Spears

Molten Skin
Warlock Level 2
Transmutation
Range: 30' Duration: 1 hour
Speaking abyssal words and drawing runes in the air, you turn your skin molten and hot to the touch. You gain 2 damage reduction against bludgeoning, fire, piercing, and slashing. In addition, when you are targeted by a physical or fire attack, you can end this spell to cancel the attack and teleport to a space you can see within range.
Flame Leash

Invoke this pact magic when you damage a target with eldritch blast. You can attempt to pull the target adjacent to you and trip them, utilizing your eldritch blast's success level for both attempts. In addition, on a major success, your eldritch blast deals its damage again at the start of the target's next turn.
Infernal Step

Flames erupt to whisk you through the infernal realm. When you invoke this pact magic, adjacent creatures take 3d10 fire damage and you teleport to a space you can see within range.
You can invoke this magick when a creature moves adjacent to you.
Unleashed Fury

You cast eldritch blast on all creatures you choose within its range.
Horrifying Visage

Transmutation
Range: 30' cone Duration: 1 minute
Creatures in the area suffer a -1 rank penalty on attempts until they are no longer within sight of you. In addition, they must resist with Wisdom or spend their next turn cowering in fear. Creatures with more hit points than your maximum can spend an attack to attempt to end this effect by resisting with Wisdom.
Queen Yydrel
Queen Yydrel
An entity from the fey realm, Queen Yydrel’s goals and true nature are a mystery. She goes years without issuing a command and then unleashes a flurry of seemingly unrelated orders. The only indication of dedication to her service is her symbol: an eye within an eye.

Eldritch Blast Damage Type: Poison and psychic
Eldritch Blast Effect: Make a pull attempt against the target or become invisible to it until the start of its turn.
Pact Power: Fey Fade: You gain Invisibility until the end of your next turn.
Gifted Language: Sylvan
Shared Knowledge: Survival, Reliability on attempts related to fey.
Trained in Blood: Heavy Blades

Theft of Swiftness
Warlock Level 2
Enchantment
Range: - Duration: 1 minute
Invoke this pact magick when you damage a target with eldritch blast. The target is slowed and your speed is doubled. If the target has more hit points than your maximum, it can spend an attack to attempt to end this effect. This effect also ends if the target is slain.
Eyebite
Warlock Level 3

Range: - Duration: Permanent
Invoke this pact magick when you damage a target with eldritch blast. The target is blinded. If the target has more hit points than your maximum, it can spend an action to attempt to end this effect by resisting with Constitution.
Misty Step
Warlock Level 5
Conjuration
Range: 30' Duration: 1 minute
Invoke this pact magick as a move action or when a creature within range dies. You teleport 15’, gain a teleport speed of 15', and whenever a creature within range dies, you can teleportation again. Additionally, when you teleport you gain concealment until the start of your next turn.
Cloak of the Fey

Illusion
Range: 15' Duration: 1 minute
Creatures you choose in range become invisible until they make an attack, cast a spell, or move out of range.
Misdirecting Mists
Warlock Level 9
Conjuration
Range: 10' Duration: 1 minute
You are surrounded by shifting mists. Your attacks are reliable, attacks against you are unreliable, and when an attack misses you, you can have it strike a creature in the area other than the attacker. You can invoke this pact magick when a creature attacks you.
The Two
The Two
A multi-being entity from beyond the known realms, contact with The Two is said to leave only the mad sane. Presently this power's objective is survival. It was originally nine combined beings. Now seven of it are dead. Worshipers are identified by the marks and tokens they leave: two distinct objects in a group of nine.
Pact Type: Star
Eldritch Blast Damage Type: Cold and force
Eldritch Blast Effect: Make a push attempt against the target or if it intentionally moves closer to you during its next turn, deal an additional 1d10 cold and force damage. This additional damage does not benefit from damage bonuses.
Pact Power: A Glorious Sacrifice: Make an attempt with Advantage to end an effect on you. In addition, your next attack within 1 minute deals additional damage equal to ¼ of your maximum hit points. You can deal this additional damage as True Damage to an ally you can see to gain Reliability on the attack’s attempt.
Gifted Language: Aberrant
Shared Knowledge: Arcana, Reliability on attempts related to aberrants.

Touch of Madness

Enchantment
Range: - Duration: 1 minute
Invoke this pact magic when you damage a target with eldritch blast. The target becomes enraged. If the target has more hit points than your maximum, it can spend an attack to attempt to end this effect by resisting with Wisdom.
Reeling Banishment
Warlock Level 3
Conjuration
Range: 50' Duration: 1 minute
Invoke this pact magic when you damage a target with eldritch blast. You teleport the target to an unoccupied space you can see within range and the target must spend an action to move. If the target has more hit points than your maximum, it can spend an attack to attempt to end this effect by resisting with Strength.
Nightmare Visions

Invoke this pact magic when you damage a target with eldritch blast. The target uses its next movement and attack as you desire, during which time it can fly, jump, swim, climb, and teleport at its speed. After its turn, the target takes your eldritch blast damage again.
Torturous Imprisonment
Warlock Level 7
Enchantment
Range: 50' Duration: 1 minute
Invoke this pact magic when you damage a target with eldritch blast. The target is immobilized by an invisible force 5' off the ground. While imprisoned, the target cannot teleport and any damage dealt to you is also dealt to the target as force damage. If the target has more hit points than your maximum, it can spend an attack to attempt to end this effect by resisting with Strength.
Unleashed Chaos

You cast eldritch blast on all creatures you choose within its range and can cast another pact magic to affect all targets hit by this attack.
